We have decades of experience in training, coaching, supervision and coach-training. The founder of our company, current special expert of management and leadership of our company Marita Paunonen-Ilmonen is a pioneer of coaching and supervision in Finland. So far she has trained over 800 coaches and supervisors in Finland and about 200 supervisor and coaches of leaders and executives in Finland and in other countries. She is the author of numerous scientific publications on this topic, as well as the researcher and a developer of this specific area.
